We are first-time homebuyers and could not be happier with the experience we had with Tali and Tory. Written review cannot do justice to the value they bring to the table - they are true rockstars and a great team to work with. Tali and Tory both went above and beyond any expectations we had after working with a few realtors, and we have no doubt that no other team could have achieved this outcome for us - it's hard to describe the difference that outstanding realtors can make. Tali and Tory are not just there to sign documents and go through the motions like many others that we met with - they are part of the community, they live and breath the area and have valuable relationships with other realtors and community members as well as first-hand knowledge about neighborhoods, schools, amenities and anything that's important in a huge decision like this. They will work tirelessly to find the home that is right for you, including looking off-market if needed. They were able to hone in very quickly on our preferences and find exactly what we were looking for, as well as navigate the offer process with us in a crazy sellers market (during a pandemic!) when we found a place we loved. Most importantly, Tali and Tory truly care about their clients and were just as invested in us finding a place as we were, and that made all the difference. After our offer was accepted, Tali and Tory were available 24/7 for questions and were on top of everything. They were professional and diligent, and were a critical part of our closing process going smoothly. They also made sure we were able to plan for our move and any work needed on the house post-closing. In short, if you are thinking of buying or selling a home, especially in the East Bay, look no further. Tory did a great job to get our house sold as soon as possible at a great price. She worked the marketing hard and was always available. We especially appreciated her high communication and prompt access. That made a huge difference. In addition, she made extra efforts to handle our dog during showings, which was a huge benefit to us and much appreciated. Tory Castillo helped us buy our dream home. She represented the seller and buyer (us) and negotiated a fair deal for both parties.
